This experience recently reminded me that taking advantage of momentum and good energy is so important.
For example:
Follow up on your positive sales calls quickly. Research shows that the longer you wait—and the more the good energy and buzz fade—the less likely you are to close the deal.
Ask for testimonials and reviews as soon as possible after a great product or service experience. If you wait too long, people will be less inclined to write those reviews.
Respond to every comment when you post something online that gets a lot of engagement. This will keep the buzz going, giving your post a chance of going viral.
What have you experienced in your business? Have you noticed that responding quickly makes a difference?
