You don’t have to quit your job to start designing your exit plan.

Many successful Gen X professionals secretly want out of the corporate rat race (I know I did!). They can’t admit it at work, for obvious reasons. But they’ve had it, and they dream of quitting their jobs.

However, they’re not ready yet.

Not financially
Not emotionally
Not logistically

And that’s completely normal! I remember feeling that way, too, before I finally quit forever in 2010.

Most people don’t want to leap into the unknown. They can’t take that kind of risk with all the responsibilities they have (e.g., a family to support, a mortgage to pay, college tuition to cover).

They want to prepare and build a solid plan. And they want a safer path into the next exciting chapter of their lives. Something they can step into when they decide the time is right. No one enjoys feeling rushed or pushed into making a life-changing decision like this.

I get it! So, here’s what I tell them:

Of course, you don’t need to leave your job NOW. But if you dream of being free one day, you CAN start planning the kind of business you’ll want to run later.

Have you dreamed about quitting your job, but don’t know how you could make that work? Have you thought about running your own business, but don’t know where to begin?

Well, that’s where I can help! I created a new business coaching package for people who like to plan and be prepared, take control of their work, and build the life they dream of. After running my own businesses since 2010, I can confirm that life is so much sweeter when you decide how you spend your days and no longer have a boss telling you what to do!

Over a three-month engagement, I can help you:

Identify a business model that matches the lifestyle you want.
Package the professional expertise you’ve spent decades building.
Create a solid plan that you can test quietly and safely before you quit.
Build a detailed blueprint for a business you can activate when you’re ready.
Design your exit timeline so you never feel you have to take a risky leap of faith.

This is the difference between panic-quitting in your 50s (because you’re burned out) and stepping confidently into a semi-retired, flexible, meaningful second act that lets you live the life you’ve always wanted.

I’m limiting this to 5 clients per quarter because our collaborative work on the business plan is deep, detailed, and personalized. A client has already taken one spot for Q1. So, that leaves 4 openings.

If you want to quietly and safely prepare your ideal future without rushing anything, send me a message to let me know if you’re interested. You can reply to the newsletter email or DM me on Substack or LinkedIn.

If you would like to chat with me first to learn more, you can schedule a complimentary call.
